Ukrainian Odesa region governor Oleh Kiper announced that "two people were killed and eight others were injured in a missile attack carried out by Russia on the port of Odesa on the Black Sea today, Monday." Kiper clarified on Telegram that among the injured is a 12-year-old boy, and noted that the attack caused damage to homes and civilian infrastructure.
