Arrests in Sabra - Al-Harash and Naameh

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance reported that "on April 4, 2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested an individual named (A.J.) in the Sabra - Al-Harash area for carrying out more than 400 acts of robbery and theft by force, intimidating citizens, and drug use. He had previously been arrested for drug-related offenses." Additionally, another patrol in the town of Naameh arrested "citizen (M.M.) for his involvement in several altercations and for firing shots on previous dates, the last being on March 18, 2024, which resulted in injuring a person, as well as for drug use and possession of a quantity of drugs. He has a criminal record and his house was previously raided in the Douha Al-Hus area where military equipment and six hand grenades were found. The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the detained individuals has begun under the supervision of the appropriate judiciary."
