Dozens Killed in Israeli Airstrike on Gaza Strip

More than 80 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured, the majority of whom are children and women, in an Israeli airstrike on several homes and buildings in Gaza City, Nuseirat camp, and Rafah city. Local sources reported that Israeli forces bombed a 7-story residential building housing displaced persons near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, resulting in the death of 3 citizens and injuring dozens, with a significant number still trapped under the rubble, according to the Palestinian News Agency "Wafa."

The agency added that Israeli forces also targeted a populated house on Al-Jalaa Street in Gaza City, and that there are missing persons. Sources indicated at least 5 people were killed and others injured in an airstrike on a home in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, also mentioning numerous casualties from the bombing of a home in the Al-Nasr neighborhood of the city, as reported by "Wafa."

Additionally, 36 others, mostly women and children, were killed, and others were injured when Israeli aircraft targeted the home of the Al-Tabatibi family west of Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, with several being transported to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the nearby city of Deir al-Balah. Israeli artillery also shelled several sites in Beit Hanoun town in the northern sector and fired illumination flares over the town.
