Russia: Ukraine Attempted Again to Target Nuclear Power Plant

The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, controlled by Russia in southeastern Ukraine, reported on Monday that a Ukrainian drone was shot down over the roof of reactor number six. The plant stated in a message accompanied by a picture of reactor number six: "Today, a suicide drone was shot down over the plant. It fell on the roof of unit number 6." According to the facility, reactor number six is currently shut down. Moscow claimed that Ukraine shelled the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, controlled by Russian forces, three times on Sunday and demanded a response from the West, while Kyiv denies any involvement in the attacks.
