The individual known as "M.M." vandalized approximately 20 cars this morning, Sunday, on Al-Manar Road and Kuwait Street in the Abi Samra area of Tripoli. Immediately, local residents apprehended the individual and handed him over to the security forces, who took him in for questioning. It was reported that he suffers from mental disorders.
