Iranian National Security Council: Any Israeli Action Will Be Met with Tenfold Response

The Supreme National Security Council issued the following statement regarding the Islamic Revolutionary Guard's attack on Israel yesterday: "The reason for the missile and drone attack launched by the Revolutionary Guard on occupied territories is the Zionist regime's crossing of red lines based on Article 2 of the United Nations Charter. The Iranian armed forces carried out a promised operation based on Article 51 of the United Nations Charter and took the minimum necessary punitive measures against the aggressive Zionist regime to secure national interests and national security. In this operation, only military and intelligence bases were targeted, avoiding attacks on the economic facilities and infrastructure of the regime. If the Zionist regime wishes to continue its evil acts against Iran by any means and at any level, it will receive at least a tenfold response."
