It was clarified that "according to preliminary information, a loud explosion was heard early in the evening, the source of which is unknown, before a fire broke out on the seventh floor of an eight-story building located on Charon Street." Additionally, "a person jumped from a window of the building to escape the flames, and while firefighters attempted to revive him, he succumbed to his injuries immediately. Two charred bodies were also found in the affected apartment."
