Security Campaign Dismantles Drug Traffickers and Dealers in Saudi Arabia

Border patrol units in the Al-Dayer sector of the Jazan region, Saudi Arabia, thwarted the smuggling of 255 kilograms of the narcotic plant, khat. Initial legal procedures were completed, and the seized items were handed over to the relevant authorities. Additionally, the border patrol units apprehended three Ethiopian nationals for violating border security laws by smuggling 33 kilograms of hashish. In the Al-Jawf region, the General Directorate for Drug Control arrested three citizens for promoting hashish and regulated medical substances. They were detained, and legal actions were taken against them, with their cases referred to the Public Prosecution.
