Bin Farhan stressed the Kingdom's stance against targeting civilians in any form and the importance of achieving an immediate cessation of military escalation. He also highlighted the necessity of lifting the blockade on Gaza and contributing to securing safe passages for the delivery of relief and humanitarian aid to civilians. He urged Britain, as a permanent member of the Security Council, to work towards ensuring the Council fulfills its responsibility in maintaining international peace and security.
