The General Directorate of State Security announced in a statement today, Saturday, that "after surveillance and monitoring operations, a patrol from the Service and Information Division of the General Directorate of State Security successfully arrested one of the most dangerous wanted individuals, known as 'Abu Akher', on the outskirts of the Sabra and Shatila camp. After his arrest, it was found that he had over 47 arrest warrants against him, along with a summary of convictions for drug trafficking and promotion, arms trade, attempted murder, and gunfire. Investigations have commenced with him based on the directives of the relevant judiciary."
