Dutch Scientist Warns of Violent Earthquake and Tsunami in Days

Dutch earthquake scientist Frank Hoogerbeets warned in his regular bulletin via the SSGEOS geological agency's social media accounts today, Wednesday, of the possibility of a tsunami. He stated: "If you are near the coasts of Portugal, Spain, or Morocco, you need to be aware of the danger that lies on the coast. There may be significant seismic activity, which could result in a tsunami." Hoogerbeets has sparked considerable debate in recent days, particularly after it was revealed that he had predicted a major earthquake days before the earthquake in Morocco, which resulted in thousands of casualties.

He mentioned that there could be some clusters of strong earthquakes between September 15 and 17, but indicated that from September 19 to 21, seismic activity could reach levels above 6 to 7 degrees. Hoogerbeets said: "It may not be long until a larger earthquake occurs. If you are near the coasts of Portugal, Spain, or Morocco, you need to be aware of the danger that lies on the coast. There may be significant seismic activity, and if it happens, it could result in a tsunami, and you should be aware of that."
