The leader of the "Ansar Allah" movement in Yemen, Abdul Malik Badreddin Al-Houthi, stated that he "advises the Americans and the British to take a positive stance towards Hamas's response to proposals and within the framework of the diplomatic efforts being made by Qatar and Egypt." He emphasized in his speech that "Yemeni capabilities in terms of military readiness and preparation have become accumulated and developed thanks to God, and the outcomes of mobilization, training, and military qualification in our country amount to tens of thousands, in addition to hundreds of thousands." He pointed out that "the Americans know that the Yemeni army has a long and diverse experience in confronting all American tactics during the nine years of aggression against our country." He stressed that "the battles of aggression against our country were managed by American experts and advisers, and the Americans would not dare to confront our people with a ground war and direct military intervention because they see a comprehensive movement ahead of them." He confirmed that "our path is escalation as long as the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza worsens and the injustice and mass killings continue." He explained that "the battle of the Americans and the British with us is not for international navigation but for Israeli navigation."
