Minister of the Environment Tours Nabatieh

As part of coordinating efforts for the national emergency plan and following up on relief work and assistance for displaced residents in Nabatieh Governorate, Minister of Environment in the caretaker government, Nasser Yassin, along with Nabatieh Governor Hoida Turk, will conduct a tour tomorrow, Tuesday, in the governorate accompanied by several officials from international organizations, led by the representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Lebanon, Ivo Freyhesen, who is coordinating shelter and support efforts for the displaced. The tour will begin with a meeting at the governor's office in the Serail of Nabatieh at 9:30 AM, during which Turk will present the activities of the emergency cell in the governorate. This will be followed by a visit to the distribution center for essential relief materials in Haboush at 11 AM, and a visit to the shelter center at "Aqua Land" at 12:15 PM.
