Helicopter Crash Involving Guinea's Army Chief

A military helicopter crashed in western Kenya today, Thursday, carrying military officials, including Army Chief General Francis Omondi Ogula, according to a police source. A senior officer in the national police, who requested anonymity, stated that "fire broke out in the helicopter shortly after the crash, and there were more than 10 high-ranking commanders on board, including General Ogula,” without providing details on the army chief's condition.
