Russian forces executed at least 10 airstrikes today, Thursday, targeting "vital facilities" in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, according to the regional governor. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated on Telegram that the Russian military used "rockets" to strike the second most populous city in Ukraine.
Terekhov wrote in a previous Telegram message: "Considering the targets of the Russian aggressor, Kharkiv may face problems with energy supplies." Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that about nine Russian strategic bombers of the "Tu-95MS" type were flying in the skies, and it was suspected that they were preparing to launch missiles towards Ukraine.
