A statement was issued by the Army Command - Directorate of Guidance stating the following: "On April 23, 2024, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the citizen (A.H.) in the town of Arsal. He is wanted for his involvement in the killing of citizen (S.K.) on January 18, 2014, and for committing acts of kidnapping, providing weapons and food supplies to terrorist groups, as well as smuggling drugs between Lebanon and Syria, and firing shots on various dates. The arrested individual has been handed over to the competent authorities, and an investigation has commenced."
