Raad: Efforts Underway to Achieve the Presidential Requirement

MP Mohammad Raad, head of the "Loyalty to the Resistance" bloc, affirmed during the central Ashura council organized by "Hezbollah" at the Archaeological Stadium in the city of Tyre, that "there are efforts being made to bring the Lebanese together to agree on some formula to accomplish the presidential requirement. We hope these efforts will lead some to reconsider their obstructive convictions that do not serve the country's interests and do not take into account the long-term benefits for the Lebanese." He emphasized, "We remain steadfast in our position; we have not changed and will not change. We are ready to convince others of our beliefs for the sake of our country, which encompasses us all, and for their benefit before it is for ours. We hope for a relief that may come to us and an inspiration that might encourage some to rectify their mistakes."
