The Murder of the Bridegroom Known as

Security forces in Qalyubia Governorate, Egypt, arrested the suspects involved in the murder of a young man named Muhammad Ahmed, commonly known as "Moza" or "the bridegroom of Khanka." A report was filed regarding the incident, and the concerned authorities have initiated an investigation, ordering the suspects to be detained for four days pending further inquiries.

The incident took place in the village of Arab Al-Ayaida, under the jurisdiction of Khanka Police Station, where the young man was shot dead by three suspects due to a dispute stemming from their harassment of two girls. The suspects ambushed the victim while he was distributing flour, shooting him in the head and killing him.

The suspects decided to murder the young man just 25 days after his marriage, executing their plan because he belonged to a family that had prior conflicts with the suspects over a dispute related to a girl's harassment. On the first day the victim, Muhammad Ahmed, known as "Moza" and referred to as the bridegroom of Khanka, left the house to resume his normal life after a 25-day honeymoon trip with his wife, he was ambushed by the suspects who shot him three times; two shots hit his car, and the last one struck him in the head, leading to his death.

The disputes between the victim's family and the suspects arose from the harassment of a girl, which prompted both parties to seek mediation from the victim's uncle to resolve the issue. However, the meeting ended without a resolution, leading the suspects to plot their revenge against the victim's family by choosing one of its young members who had not witnessed or been involved in the altercation.

The victim's relatives and neighbors confirmed that he was well-liked and had a good character, and his wife informed him of her pregnancy just one hour before the crime occurred.
