The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement: "As part of the ongoing efforts by the Internal Security Forces to pursue and apprehend wanted individuals, information was received by the Information Branch about one of them being present in the Bir Hassan area. Immediately, orders were given for the branch's patrols to identify and arrest him. Following the investigation, it was found that he is known as H. A. (born in 1996, Lebanese) and is wanted for theft and attempted murder.
On 08/04/2024, after a careful observation and monitoring operation, one of the branch's patrols was able to arrest him in the aforementioned area. Upon searching him, a brown tablet believed to be hashish, a nylon bag used for drugs, a plastic-handled blue razor, and a sum of money were found in his possession. During the investigation, he admitted to the charges against him. The legal measures were taken against him, and he was handed over along with the seized items to the relevant authorities based on judicial instructions."
