Title: Warning from the Supreme Judicial Council Following Events at the Palace of Justice

The Supreme Judicial Council commented on "what occurred in the vicinity of the Palace of Justice today, and what was reported by media outlets and websites regarding the exposure and defamation of some judges," clarifying that "freedom of expression, assembly, and demonstration are protected by the constitution, and the judiciary safeguards these freedoms and oversees their exercise. However, this practice must remain constrained by the provisions of the constitution and applicable laws and regulations, so that there is no personal attack on judges, preventing this freedom from deviating from its correct course."

The council condemned in a statement "these practices that will subject their perpetrators to legal prosecution" and urged everyone to "exercise freedom of expression within the constitutional and legal limits that must be adhered to, without any transgressions that would necessitate accountability, in order to preserve the dignity of the judiciary, which remains the authority responsible for safeguarding citizens' rights."
