A week after his separation from his wife, Egyptian star Yasmine Abdel Aziz, actor Ahmed El Awadi was admitted to a major hospital in Cairo following a health crisis on Monday. The author of a project he is involved in announced that the actor's condition is serious but did not provide further details. Mahmoud Hamdan, the writer of the series "Haq Arab," posted on his Facebook account about the health crisis of the leading actor, stating, "Pray for my brother Ahmed El Awadi's recovery. Ahmed is not allowed visitors and has been in the hospital for two days due to the severity of his condition." However, he later deleted the post, raising concerns among his followers.
