Kuwait.. Criminal Court Releases Famous Tweeter

Today, Wednesday, the Kuwaiti criminal court issued a ruling to release a famous Snapchat user on bail of 500 Kuwaiti Dinars after he was arrested upon his return to Kuwait. The court released the famous tweeter who published decisions from the Council of Ministers on a 500 Dinar bail after he was charged with spreading false news, leaking Council of Ministers decisions, and insulting a minister through his social media accounts, as well as disseminating government news without obtaining the necessary license. Security personnel apprehended the tweeter at Kuwait Airport upon his arrival in the country, and he was referred directly to court. The accused denied all the charges brought against him in the complaint filed by the State Security Agency during his testimony in court.
