North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw the test launch of several missiles, according to the official "Korean Central News Agency," just days after the first drill simulating a "nuclear attack." The agency clarified that "the flight characteristics, impact indicators, and accuracy of the 240mm shell from the multiple rocket launcher manufactured at the new defense industry unit in Pyongyang were evaluated in a highly satisfactory manner during this test." It added, "Kim stressed the necessity of implementing this year's ammunition production plan effectively." He stated, "This rocket launcher, equipped with new technology, will bring a strategic change in enhancing North Korea's artillery strength." The Korean Central News Agency reported on Tuesday that "Kim Jong Un oversaw the country's first simulation of a nuclear attack in response to joint exercises between the United States and South Korea."
