Italy: Armenia Requests EU Assistance to Receive Refugees from Karabakh

The office of the Italian Prime Minister stated in a report today, Saturday, that "Armenia has asked the European Union for assistance in receiving refugees coming from Nagorno-Karabakh, since Azerbaijan regained control of the area less than two weeks ago." The statement noted that "Armenia has requested the EU to provide temporary shelters and medical supplies," emphasizing that "Rome is working to enhance stability in the region."
