Hutnik Kraków, competing in the Polish third division, suffered a 3-0 loss in its last two matches, losing the first match against the host Lech Poznań 4-3 and then losing 5-3 at home to the league leader Kotwica Kołobrzeg. The club described the two defeats as embarrassing: "We have asked the disciplinary officer of the Polish Football Association to conduct analyses to determine whether there was a match-fixing phenomenon in the last two matches."
