The village of Al-Mughair, north of Ramallah, has been attacked by settlers who set fire to homes and vehicles belonging to Palestinians. According to the Red Crescent, 11 ambulances are responding to clashes in the village. The Red Crescent sources reported that their teams have dealt with seven injuries from live ammunition and one injury from shrapnel from live bullets. This attack coincides with reports of a missing settler. In a statement from the Deputy Head of the Al-Mughair Village Council, Marzouq Abu Naim, he said, "No less than 1500 settlers under the protection of the Israeli army are continuing acts of killing and arson against the citizens throughout the village, having burned more than 40 homes and vehicles." The Hebrew channel "Kan" reported from a security official that "as hours pass since the settler Benjamin Ahimeir went missing in the West Bank, suspicions are growing about the possibility of him being subjected to a security event (killed or kidnapped)." A security cordon has been imposed on the villages of Al-Mughair and Douma, with thousands of volunteers participating with the army and the Shin Bet in the search for him.
