The President of the Lebanese Taekwondo Federation, Dr. Habib Zarif, visited the headquarters of the "Taekwon Sports Club Taekwondo Academy" at the invitation of its president, Grandmaster Georges Khattar, who welcomed the head of the sport in the presence of the club's administrative committee members, several coaches, players, and their families.
Initially, Khattar welcomed Dr. Zarif, highlighting his significant role in the development of Taekwondo in Lebanon and the achievements realized internationally. He also congratulated him on the qualification of champion Leticia Aoun for the upcoming Summer Olympics in Paris next summer.
Then, Zarif delivered a brief speech in which he discussed the club's active role within the Lebanese Taekwondo family and its long-term success in training champions. He wished the club continued success in its sporting journey. Zarif and Khattar then distributed certificates from the Lebanese Federation to the coaches and awarded international certificates (Kukkiwon certificates) to the champions of the club.
