The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported today, Friday, that "15 people were killed in an ISIS attack on military positions belonging to the army in the eastern Homs countryside." The report states that the Islamic State organization attacked military sites of the regime and killed 15 members of the "National Defense" in the eastern Homs area.
