A Syrian truck, a tractor and trailer, caught fire in front of the Electricity Company of Lebanon in Bspeina, in the Batroun district. Reports indicated that "after efforts to extinguish it began, it was discovered that the truck was loaded with weapons." Security forces and the army quickly arrived to establish a security cordon in the area.
