The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) announced the suspension of the registration of Egyptian club Zamalek due to the case of Moroccan striker Khaled Boutaib, who is a former player for the team. FIFA revealed that the registration of Zamalek is suspended for three transfer periods, starting from April 24th until the payment of the fine related to Khaled Boutaib. The federation has added Zamalek's name to the list of clubs subject to registration sanctions, with FIFA updating the portal concerning club cases every Monday. Zamalek had previously announced that it received a letter from FIFA informing it of the registration suspension due to Khaled Boutaib's fine.
