The African Development Bank announced today, Monday, that it "has approved a loan of 246 million euros ($268 million) to assist in the construction of a highway in the northeast of the country." The bank stated in a statement that the highway will connect a port being built by Morocco in the city of Nador on the Mediterranean coast with the road network in the city of Grassef.
