Egyptian

Egyptian media published a video of a young woman smiling, who is accused of killing her friend and dismembering her body in Tanta, Egypt. The footage showed "Aya," accused of ending the life of her high school friend Farah, 18 years old, known as the Tanta student, during the confirmation of the Tanta Criminal Court's sentence of death against her. The court also sentenced the co-accused, who helped her dispose of the body and conceal the crime, to two years of strict imprisonment. The Tanta Criminal Court had previously referred the case of the accused, who killed her friend, dismembered the body, and dumped it in sewage, to the Grand Mufti for the second time before confirming the death sentence for the second time.
