Islamic Forces: Formation of an Investigation Committee in Ain al-Hilweh Clashes

The Islamic forces in the Ain al-Hilweh camp confirmed today, Monday, an immediate ceasefire and the withdrawal of armed individuals, and the formation of an investigation committee to reveal those involved in the incidents and hand them over to the relevant official authorities. They strongly condemned "the ongoing firing at the innocent, homes, and places of worship, from any party, regardless of who it is," emphasizing their commitment to the security and stability of the camp and its surroundings. The Islamic forces also rejected harming our brothers in Sidon and its vicinity and endangering the lives of their children, asserting that "we will continue our efforts to calm the situation, stop the gunfire, and restore the circumstances to what they were, in cooperation with those who care from Palestinian and Lebanese forces and organizations."
