Iranian leader Ali Khamenei announced, "We hope that God will bring President Ebrahim Raisi and his associates back to the embrace of the nation." He stated, "The Iranian people should not worry; there will be no disruption in the country's operations." A helicopter carrying Raisi faced a "difficult incident," amid uncertainty regarding his fate and that of his Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, who was with him.
