Turkey: Elimination of 17 Kurdish Militants in Syria and Iraq (Video)

The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced today, Friday, the neutralization of 17 militants from the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in operations in northern Syria and Iraq. The Turkish defense stated in a statement that its forces were able to "neutralize 10 terrorists from the PKK identified in the Hakurk, Gara, and the Pençe-Kilit Operation areas in northern Iraq." It also noted that its forces "neutralized 7 terrorists from the PKK and People's Protection Units (YPG) in the Olive Branch and Peace Spring operation areas in northern Syria."
