The first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, Judge Nicolas Mansour, issued summonses against the killers of Pascal Sleiman, the coordinator of the "Lebanese Forces" in Jbeil, for the crimes of kidnapping, murder, theft, forming a gang, and violating national security. Those detained were brought from their place of detention by the Army Intelligence to the Justice Palace in Baabda yesterday morning. At a quarter past eight, the first group of three detainees arrived under tight security from Army Intelligence and Internal Security Forces within the Justice Palace, while Judge Mansour's courtroom was closed as per his instructions, preventing entry. The investigation began at nine in the presence of agents for the plaintiffs and representatives of the "Lebanese Forces."
