The Shepherd: We Call on Officials to Compete for the People and the State

During his presiding over a mass for the occasion of the general meeting of the Mother Archdioceses at the Basilica of Our Lady of Lebanon in Harissa, Maronite Patriarch Bechara Al-Rahi greeted "all the beloved in southern Lebanon who steadfastly endure through the strength of faith despite the war." Al-Rahi urged officials to "make efforts towards a single national goal, based on sound democracy, to compete for the people and the state."
