The spokesperson for "Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades," Abu Ubaida, announced today, Tuesday, the "death of Israeli prisoner Judy Vanstein, who succumbed to severe injuries she suffered along with another prisoner following a bombing a month ago." Abu Ubaida stated, "The prisoner died due to not receiving intensive medical care, as the Israeli army has destroyed hospitals in the Gaza Strip." The Hamas movement announced the death of an Israeli hostage aged 70.
