The official spokesman for the regional government, Peshwa Hurmany, stated in a statement that "four Yemeni workers were killed, and the field suffered significant damage, which will impact electricity shortages." He added, "These repeated attacks must stop," urging the federal government in Iraq to "find the perpetrators of this terrorist act, bring them to justice, and prevent the recurrence of such acts."
