Baghdad Governorate announced today, Thursday, the completion of the initial phase of the Baghdad-Mosul entrance project. In a statement, it was mentioned that "according to the directives of Baghdad Governor Abdul Muttalib Al-Alawi to expedite the completion of important and vital projects, the governorate announced the completion of the initial phase of the Baghdad-Mosul development project, covering a length of 16 kilometers out of a total of 33 kilometers for the northbound route to Mosul, from the Dujail Bridge to the Tarmiya overpass." The governorate added, "Work on the project is progressing at an accelerated pace under a two-shift system (morning-evening) to ensure the swift completion of the project with the required technical and engineering specifications."
