Israeli Airstrikes on Lebanese Border Villages and Hezbollah Mourning Two Fighters

Israeli warplanes carried out more than one airstrike this morning in a forested area between Ayn Ibl and Bint Jbeil, while Israeli drones flew over the towns of Majdel Zoun and Shmma. The Israeli army intensified its targeting of southern villages last night, shelling several villages in the western and central sectors and conducting airstrikes on Jabal al-Labouna, alongside direct artillery fire. Throughout the night and into this morning, the Israeli army launched incendiary and illumination bombs on Jabal al-Labouna and Jabal al-Alam, while reconnaissance aircraft continued to fly over villages adjacent to the Blue Line and over the villages of the Tyre District and the coastal area. Last night, artillery fire targeted the outskirts of the town of Hawla - Wadi Saluqy, and the eastern outskirts of the town of Blida. Hezbollah mourned, in a statement, the deaths of Wassem Haidar Mortada from the town of Aita al-Jabal and Hassan Ali Ibrahim from the town of Blida in southern Lebanon.
