Netanyahu Condemns Hamas Video of Hostages

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned a video released by Hamas today, Monday, which shows three hostages, describing it as "harsh psychological propaganda." Netanyahu's office stated, "We continue to support the families and will do our utmost to bring all abducted and missing persons home."

The video features three women sitting side by side against a wall, with one of them delivering an angry message to Netanyahu, demanding their return home in exchange for the release of Palestinian prisoners. She stated, "Benjamin Netanyahu, hello, we have been held captive by Hamas for 23 days… Yesterday there was a press conference for the families of the hostages, and we know that a ceasefire was supposed to happen; you were supposed to release us, and you promised to release us. Yet we are suffering from your political, security, and military failure, due to the failure you caused on October 7, because there was no soldier at the site and no one came to us, no one defended us."

She continued, "We are innocent and naive citizens, we are tax-paying citizens, and we are now captive under 'no conditions.' You are killing us; do you want to kill us all? Do you want the army to kill us? Is it not enough that you slaughtered everyone? Is it not enough for you that there are Israeli citizens killed? Release us now; release their citizens and prisoners now (referring to Palestinians), release us, release everyone, we deserve to go back to our families now."
