Error in Cabinet Decision... And MPs Take Action

MP Waddah Al-Sadiq wrote on "Facebook": "In continuation of the issue of contracting the postal sector, the Cabinet issued a decision that contained a fundamental error. In our commitment to preserving this important facility and in our follow-up, we issued, during the Media and Communications session, the necessary recommendations that require adopting all the recommendations and observations mentioned in the report of the Court of Audit and Public Procurement. In our effort to correct the stated error, I sent a letter along with several MPs (Yasine Yasine, Firas Hamdan, Ibrahim Mneimneh, Mark Daou, Najat Aoun Saliba, Waddah Al-Sadiq, Melhem Khalaf, Halima Al-Qaqar, and Bilal Al-Hachemi) to the General Secretariat of the Cabinet to make the necessary corrections."
