Barzani in the UAE... Meeting with Mohammed bin Zayed

The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, is visiting the United Arab Emirates today, Friday, and is meeting with its President, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in Abu Dhabi. The presidency of the region stated in a communiqué that the officials will discuss "the groundwork and opportunities for further developing and enhancing relations between the UAE and Iraq, particularly with the Kurdistan Region, in all areas." It added that they will "exchange views on the latest developments in the region and several issues of mutual interest."
