Title: BouHabib: We Requested Qatari Assistance to Evacuate Stranded Lebanese Women through Rafah Border

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in the caretaker government, Abdullah BouHabib, received the Qatari Ambassador to Lebanon, Saud bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani. After the meeting, BouHabib stated: "We requested Qatari assistance to evacuate Lebanese women and their families through the Rafah border, as they have been stranded since the onset of the aggression on Gaza, despite all our previous attempts to bring them to safety. We again welcome Qatar's constructive role in helping Lebanon emerge from its presidential crisis through internal Lebanese consensus with Arab and international encouragement and support."
