China Conducts Live Ammunition Drills and Bans Ship Entry

The Chinese Maritime Safety Administration announced that China will conduct live ammunition drills in certain areas of the East China Sea from 10:00 AM (02:00 GMT) until 3:00 PM today, Monday, and tomorrow, Tuesday. The administration added that vessels will not be allowed to enter the designated area. The statement noted that the drills are taking place in waters off the coast of the cities of Ningbo and Zhoushan, located south of Shanghai.
