The United States has pointed fingers at Russia for a series of cyber attacks on European countries, including Germany and the Czech Republic. U.S. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller stated, "The United States strongly condemns the malicious cyber activity carried out by the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, also known as APT 28, against Germany, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, and Sweden."
