The Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club will host the sixth race of the current season tomorrow, Thursday, on the turf track, featuring 92 horses representing a selection of purebred Arabian and thoroughbred horses, competing in 7 heats with total prizes amounting to 470,000 dirhams.
In the first race, covering a distance of 1200 meters with a prize of 80,000 dirhams, dedicated to beginner Arabian horses (local production), a strong competition is expected among "Carpaggio," "Badr Al-Sama," and "Kaser Al-Wathbah."
Leading the competition in the second race are "AF Al-Sameem," "Al-Mohand," and "Moons," which is designated for beginner purebred Arabian horses over a distance of 2200 meters, with prizes totaling 80,000 dirhams.
The third race, covering 2200 meters, will see a fierce battle between "Al-Mahzami," "Majd Ibra," and "Tijari" for the title of the "Al-Wathbah Stallions" Cup for private stable owners, boasting a prize of 70,000 dirhams, sponsored by the Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Racing Festival.
"AF Sudani" aims to compete against "Al-Afham" and "Al-Wazir" in the fourth race, covering 1600 meters for purebred Arabian horses (Equal Weight), which has a prize of 40,000 dirhams.
In the fifth race, also covering 1600 meters for purebred Arabian horses (Equal Weight), "AF Manout" faces strong competition for victory, with a prize pool of 40,000 dirhams as well.
The competition extends to the sixth race over a distance of 1600 meters for purebred Arabian horses, where "AF Maqam," "Unleashed," and "Al-Zaafaranah" will compete for total prizes of 80,000 dirhams.
All eyes are on the seventh and final race covering 1600 meters, designated for thoroughbred horses, with total prizes of 80,000 dirhams, which is considered one of the strongest equal weight races, featuring a significant battle for the title among "Maputo," "Energetic," and "Solar Sense."
