Israeli Airstrike Kills Two Paramedics Amid Hezbollah Operations

The Civil Defense Operations Room - Islamic Authority announced in a statement that two members of the Civil Defense were killed due to a direct Israeli assault on a medical center in the town of Haneen. The statement said, "With great pride and honor, the General Directorate of Civil Defense mourns two of its members, martyr Ali Mahmoud Sheikh Ali (Rashaf) and martyr Sajed Ramzi Qassem (Ayta al-Shaab), who fell victim to a direct Zionist assault on a Civil Defense center in Haneen, and an ambulance was also destroyed."

In response, Hezbollah's media relations issued a statement considering that "what occurred is a blatant attack on a center that serves Lebanese citizens and provides aid to the injured and wounded due to the ongoing Israeli aggression against our country and people, continuing the Zionist aggressive policy that is based on murder and terrorism."

Israeli warplanes conducted four airstrikes on the town of Khiam, and targeted the outskirts of Aytaroun, Hawla, and Khiam. Israeli artillery shelled between the towns of Tair Harfa and Al-Jabin in the western sector, and the Israeli army launched a phosphorus shell in the eastern neighborhood of Khiam.

Additionally, Hezbollah's military media announced that "its elements targeted the Malakiyeh site with suitable weapons, achieving a direct hit, as well as enemy Israeli soldier gatherings around Tal al-Tayhat and Jabal Nazar with rocket weaponry, resulting in confirmed casualties among both dead and wounded." The party also targeted "the spy equipment at Tal al-Kobra with suitable weapons, leading to its injury and destruction," and struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Mothlah site with rocket weapons, achieving a direct hit.

Israeli reconnaissance aircraft flew intensively overnight until this morning over the villages of the Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts, while the Israeli army continued to fire incendiary shells to ignite fires in the forests adjacent to the Blue Line near the towns of Naqoura, Alama al-Shaab, Ayta al-Shaab, and Jabal al-Labunah, in addition to launching flares over villages in the western and central sectors, reaching the outskirts of Tyre city.

The Israeli artillery shelled the vicinity of the town of Tair Harfa and Al-Jabin with heavy artillery shells, and the vicinity of the town of Rameesh in the central sector. At night, the Israeli army fired heavy machine guns at the villages of Rameesh and Ayta al-Shaab out of fear of infiltration into Palestine.
