Clarification from the Army Regarding the Truck in Batroun

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance stated that "on May 20, 2024, a truck loaded with oils caught fire in the town of Bsejina – Batroun. It was found that it was carrying 304 smuggled pistols hidden above the engine along with a quantity of magazines. The Intelligence Directorate arrested several individuals suspected of being involved in the smuggling operation. The army also inspected other trucks that arrived with this truck on a ship to the Port of Tripoli, and it was found that they were carrying various materials and goods, with no weapons or prohibited items discovered inside."
